Vincent Blais (born January 10, 1990 in Lac-Mégantic ) is a Canadian biathlete .

Vincent Blais lives in Quebec and starts for Biathlon Estrie , where he is trained by Martin Tremblay. He has been practicing biathlon since 2001. At the North American Championships in Summer Biathlon 2009 in Jericho, he won the bronze medal in the sprint behind David Grégoire and Michael Gibson and the title in the pursuit race. So far he has won 12 medals at Canadian junior championships, including the bronze medals in the sprint and individual in Canmore in 2010 and the silver medal in the pursuit race in Charlo in 2011 . At the North American Championships in Biathlon 2010 in Fort Kent , he first won the junior title in the pursuit race and then took part in the open mass start race, where he was ninth. The next international championships were the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě , in which Blais was 39th in the individual, 56th in the sprint, 52nd in the pursuit and 13th in the relay.

Since 2011 Blais starts at the men. In his first season he was able to win the NorAm-Cup after six podium finishes, two of which were victories. He also finished third in the mass start at the 2012 North American Invitational and won the bronze medal at the Canadian Pursuit Championships . In the following season Vincent Blais NorAm-Cup could only reach the podium once and finished third in the overall ranking. However, he took part for the first time in the Biathlon European Championships , in which he was 39th of the individual, 49th of the sprint and 38th of the pursuit. He also made his debut in the IBU Cup in Ridnaun and then made regular appearances in this racing series.
