Michael "Mike" Gibson (born June 26, 1990 ) is an American biathlete .

Mike Gibson lives in Burlington and competes for the Vermont Biathlon Club . At the North American Championships in Summer Biathlon 2009 in Jericho , he won the silver medals in the junior races behind David Grégoire in the sprint and behind Vincent Blais in the pursuit race. At the North American Biathlon Championships 2010 in Fort Kent Gibson was runner-up behind Gregoire in the sprint and third in the junior pursuit behind Blais and Gregoire. In the mass start race, he took part in the men and finished eleventh. It was also the US championships where Gibson won the sprint and junior pursuit titles. A year later he took part in the North American Championships in Summer Biathlon 2011 in Jericho and won the bronze medal behind Douglas Hoover and Robert Killian in the sprint, in the individual he was ninth.
