Robert Killian is an American biathlete and obstacle runner.

Robert Killian is a National Guard with the rank of Captain in the US state of Colorado and starts for their biathlon team. He won the title at the US Summer Biathlon Championships in 2011. The first international championship was the North American Championships in Summer Biathlon 2011 in Jericho , where he won the silver medals in the sprint with five errors behind Douglas Hoover and in front of Michael Gibson , in the individual with ten errors behind Marc Sheppard and in front of Duncan Douglas . In the 2011/12 season he reached behind Russell Currier and Brian Woodard in a pursuit race in West Yellowstone in the Biathlon NorAm Cup for the first time a podium in the highest continental racing series. He is also Ironman Military Winner Hawaii, “Best Army Ranger”, “Army Male Athlete of the Year 2010”, US Special Forces Captain and Reebok Spartan Race World Championships world champion.
