Marc Sheppard (born May 24, 1967 ) is an American summer biathlete .

Marc Sheppard first took part in a summer biathlon world championship in 1998 . At the competitions in Osrblie he was on the side of Keith Woodward , Shaun Marshall-Pryde and Erich Wilbrecht fifth in the relay competition. Two years later he celebrated his greatest international success together with Lawton Redman , Scott Creel and Logan Hammer as the final runner of the US season with fourth place in Khanty-Mansiysk . He also finished 28th in the sprint and 18th in the pursuit. For the third and last time he took part in a World Championship in Forni Avoltri in 2003 . In France he was 30th in the sprint, 26th in the pursuit, 18th in the mass start and seventh in the relay race with Russell Skelton , Douglas Hoover and Hammer.
