Career

Growing up in the youth department of Perugia Calcio , he made his debut in the 1992/93 season at fifth division AS Gubbio 1910 in Serie D and completed his first professional appearances at Perugia Calcio in Serie B in the course of the 1995 calendar year . In the following years, however, he was loaned to some clubs to gain experience. In 2000 Baiocco returned to Perugia and fought for a regular place there. In the 2002/03 season he is bought by Juventus Turin , where he is hardly used due to the lack of trust of the coach and the strong competition. So it was loaned to Piacenza in January and then sold to Reggina Calcio . In 2004 he returned to Perugia, where he played in Serie B for one season. From the 2005 season Baiocco played for Catania Calcio , where he was promoted to the Italian Serie A in 2006 . He quickly became the absolute favorite player of the Sicilian fans, so that he was elected captain in 2007. On April 19, 2009, Baiocco played his last game for Catania after announcing that despite his love for the club he would have to leave to avoid further problems with the board.

In the summer of 2009, Baiocco Brescia joined Calcio in Serie B, with whom he made promotion in the 2009/10 season .
