Play-off for promotion

Semifinals:

Final:

Thus Brescia Calcio stands as the third promoted team in the Serie A firmly. Previously, US Lecce and AC Cesena had already qualified for the 2010/11 first division season .

In the event of a tie after both games, the team better placed in the table will advance.

Play-out against relegation

Padova Calcio remains in Serie B, while US Triestina should have been relegated to the Lega Pro Prima Divisione. After the final exclusion of AC Ancona on August 4, 2010, Triestina took the still free place in Serie B 2010/11 by a FIGC decision .
