The 1937-38 Serie B was the 9 . Season of the Italian Football League Serie B . The season began on September 12, 1937. The last game day was June 5, 1938. In addition to first division relegated Novara Calcio , FC Modena rose to Serie A 1936/37 . In the Series C 1938/39 had to Brescia Calcio , Cremonese , Taranto Calcio and ACR Messina descend.
