The Serie A 1938/39 was the tenth season in the top Italian football -Spielklasse of Lords. The season began on September 18, 1938. The last game day was May 28, 1939. AC Novara and FC Modena from Serie B were promoted. The AGC Bologna finished the season as champions and thus succeeded Ambrosiana-Inter . The US Livorno and US Lucchese Libertas had to relegate to Serie B.
