The Serie A 1953/54 was the 22nd season in the top Italian football -Spielklasse of Lords. The season began on September 13, 1953. The last matchday was on May 30, 1954. Inter Milan ended the season as champions and was thus able to defend the previous year's title. CFC Genoa and AC Legnano from the second division came as promoters . The US Palermo and Legnano had to relegate to Serie B.
