The series B 1940/41 was the 12 . Season of the Italian Football League Serie B . The season began on October 6, 1940. The last game day was June 12, 1941. In addition to first division relegated AC Liguria , FC Modena rose to Serie A 1941/42 . In the Series C 1941/42 had to Hellas Verona , Anconitana-Bianchi , AC Macerata and Pro Vercelli descend.
