Andrea Caracciolo (born September 18, 1981 in Milan ) is an Italian football player on the position of a striker .

Career

In the club

Via AS Sancolombano Calcio , US Pro Vercelli and Como Calcio in Serie C , Andrea Caracciolo came to Brescia Calcio in 2001 in Serie A , where he made his debut on January 6, 2002 against FC Bologna . In the 2002/03 season Andrea Caracciolo was loaned to AC Perugia , then returned to Brescia and made the breakthrough there. The Milanese scored 22 goals in the 65 Serie A games he played for between 2003 and 2005.

In the summer of 2005 Andrea Caracciolo moved to US Palermo for allegedly eight million euros , where he was used 35 times in Serie A in his first season and scored nine goals. He also appeared with Palermo in the UEFA Cup , where he was used seven times, including in both games of the round of 16 against FC Schalke 04 , in which Palermo were eliminated.

For the 2007/08 season , Caracciolo moved to Sampdoria Genoa , who bought 50% of his transfer rights from Palermo. For the Genovese club he played twelve games in the first half of the season, in which he only managed one goal. On January 31, 2008, shortly before the end of the transfer deadline, Andrea Caracciolo was transferred back to Brescia Calcio in Serie B, where he immediately scored a goal again on his debut against US Grosseto . On November 22, 2014, he managed his first hat trick in the club's jersey in a 3: 3 against FC Carpi .
