Dawn Dunlap (born May 17, 1963 in Austin , Texas ) is a former American model and actress .

Dunlap was discovered by photographer and director David Hamilton in the late 1970s. She corresponded to his idea of ​​young, fragile, fair-skinned and snub-nosed girls and became one of his photo models. She achieved particular fame in 1979 as the leading actress in Hamilton's second film The Story of Laura M , in which she acted very freely at the age of sixteen.
