Dayu

Dayu is ambiguous. It denotes:

  • Dayu County (大 余 县) of the prefecture-level city of Ganzhou in the Chinese province of Jiangxi, see Dayu (Ganzhou)
  • the large community of Dayu (大峪 镇) of the independent city of Jiyuan in the Chinese province of Henan, see Dayu (Jiyuan)
  • the large community of Dayu (大 榆 镇) of the independent city of Shehong in the Chinese province of Sichuan, see Dayu (Shehong)
  • Dayu (大 峪乡) community in Zhugqu County in Gansu Province, China, see Dayu (Zhugqu)
  • Da Yu " Yu the Great " (大禹), the legendary great emperor Yu (禹), after whom many buildings are named:
    • Dayu Mausoleum (Dayu ling 大 禹陵) in Shaoxing, Zhejiang
    • Dayu Temple of Hancheng (Hancheng Dayu miao 韩城 大禹 庙), Shaanxi
