Dehu Road is a cantonment in the Indian state of Maharashtra .

The settlement is part of the Pune District . Dehu Road has cantonment board status . The city is divided into 7 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census it had a total of 48,961 inhabitants, of which 25,971 were men and 22,990 women. With a share of approx. 79%, Hindus form the largest group of the population in the city, followed by Muslims with approx. 9% and Christians and Buddhists with approx. 5% each. The literacy rate in 2011 was 90.96%.

Since Dehu Road is a cantonment, offices of the central government departments are located here, especially in the military and defense sectors. The city has its own train station and is close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway .
