Dejan Čukić (born November 25, 1966 in Ivangrad , Montenegro ) is a Serbian - Danish actor .

Career

Dejan Čukić grew up in Denmark and starred in a number of Scandinavian films, of which the Danish film In China They Eat Dogs was the first to gain international attention.

When he traveled to Yugoslavia in spring 2000 to research a documentary he was working on for Danish radio, he was arrested by the Serbian military for a few days because he had not done his military service.

Between 2011 and 2013 he played Cardinal Giuliano della Rovere, later Pope Julius II , in the European television series Borgia .
