The Demas Bluff is a rock cliff in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It looms 3 km west of Mount Richardson on the south side of the Fosdick Mountains in the Ford Ranges .
Participants in the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) mapped the cliff. It is named after the American physician Charles J. Demas, who helped provide medical equipment for this research trip and previously for the second Antarctic expedition (1933-1935) of the American polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd .
