The Democracia Nacional (DN, German national democracy ) is a right-wing extremist , neo-Nazi Spanish small party . It was founded in 1995 and included the remains of the CEDADE (Spanish Circle of Friends of Europe), which was dissolved in 1993, and the small Juntas Españolas party . At the international level, it is a member of the Alliance for Peace and Freedom .

Board

The current chairman of the party is Manuel Canduela Serrano . He is the singer of the Division 250 group , whose name refers to the Blue Division .

Past chairmen were Juan Enrique Peligro Robledo and Francisco Pérez Corrales .

elections

The party first ran in 1999 for the European elections. It received 0.04% of the vote. In the Spanish parliamentary elections in 2000 she entered into an alliance with the Partido Nacional del Trabajo (PNT), the Movimiento Social Republicano (MSR) and Vértice Español under the name Plataforma España 2000 (Platform Spain 2000). The alliance received 0.04% of the vote.

In the Spanish parliamentary elections in 2004 , the party received 0.06% of the vote. In 2008 it was 0.05% of the vote, in 2011 0.01%. In the European elections in 2009 , the DN came with Canduela as the top candidate to 0.06% of the vote. In the 2014 European elections , the DN reached 0.08%.

In 2001 a local council for the DN was elected in Tardajos . In 2007 he was able to defend his seat and took part in the municipal government under the leadership of the conservative Partido Popular . Also in 2007 a DN list in Herradón de Pinares was able to win two seats in the municipal council.
