Denis Guedj

Denis Guedj (* 1940 in Sétif , Algeria ; † April 24, 2010 in Paris ) was a French mathematician and writer .

Guedj came to Paris after the independence of Algeria and has taught history of science and epistemology at the University of Paris VIII since its foundation in 1969 . He worked on the daily newspaper Liberation from 1994 to 1997 and was also a contributor to the scientific journal Eureka .
