Denis Vaucher
Denis Vaucher (born February 18, 1898 , † February 24, 1993 ) from Bern was a Swiss officer and skier.
At the Olympic Winter Games in 1924 he was the leader of the Swiss team (start number 41) in the military patrol race , which won the gold medal in this discipline . Vaucher was a member of the Bern Ski Club, which was founded in 1900 . The military patrol run was declared a demonstration competition by the International Olympic Committee in 1926 .
