Dennis Kraft (born December 11, 1981 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a former German cyclist .
Dennis Kraft grew up in Rome (Italy) and attended the German School in Rome (primary school). He passed high school at the Wald-Oberschule in Berlin.
The son of the former professional Jürgen Kraft was a member of the German U-23 national team from 2001 to 2003. In 2003 he joined the Continental Team Winfix Techem after winning the amateur staging of the Rhenish classic Rund um Köln . A year later he switched to the Polish Professional Continental Team Action-ATI , where he drove for two years (later Team Intel-Action ) and repeatedly confirmed his talent as a hopeful one-day specialist. He was named the most combative driver of the International Peace Tour 2004 and came second in the Omloop Vlaamse Scheldeboorden .
In the 2006 season, Kraft did not contest any races. He successfully completed his studies as a sports manager (IST). He is also the owner of dueruote-bikes .
