The 57th International Peace Tour (Course de la paix) was a cycling race that was held from May 8th to 16th, 2004.

The 57th edition of the International Peace Tour consisted of 9 individual stages and led over a total length of 1580 km from Brussels via Hanover to Wrocław . It was the last peace trip so far that had stages in all three classic peace travel countries of the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany (in 1991 there were no stages in Germany).

The Italian Michele Scarponi from the Domina Vacance team won the tour ahead of the Pole Sławomir Kohut and the Swiss Roger Beuchat . The team winner was the German T-Mobile team . The best climber was Seweryn Kohut from Poland from the Hoop CCC-Polsat team . A total of 133 drivers were at the start, with up to 8 drivers per team being allowed. The Formaggi Pinzolo Fiave team started with only 7 drivers and the Alessio-Bianchi team with only 6 drivers.
