The 45th International Peace Tour (Course de la paix) was a cycling race that was held from May 8th to 17th, 1992. The 45th edition of the International Peace Tour consisted of 9 individual stages and led over a total length of 1348 km from Berlin via Karpacz to Mladá Boleslav . Germany was the team winner . The best climber was Steffen Wesemann from Germany. Due to an imprecise route at the end of the first stage, the stage destination - Red City Hall in Berlin - is approached from two directions.
A total of 71 drivers from 12 nations were at the start.
Finland only provided five drivers.
