The 28th International Peace Tour was a cycling race that took place from May 8-22, 1975.

The 28th edition of this bike race consisted of 13 individual stages and led over a total length of 1915 km from East Berlin via Prague to Warsaw . The team winner was the Soviet Union . The best climber was Ryszard Jan Szurkowski from Poland .

With Peter Weibel , a driver from Germany wins a stage for the first time .

Teams and drivers

A total of 102 drivers from 17 countries started the first stage in Berlin. Participating nations were Poland , Bulgaria , Romania , Czechoslovakia , Spain , United Kingdom , Norway , FR Germany , Denmark , GDR , USSR , Belgium , Hungary , Cuba , Italy , the Netherlands and Yugoslavia . All teams started with six drivers.
