The 34th International Peace Tour (Course de la paix) was a cycling race that took place from May 8th to 21st, 1981.

The 34th edition of this cycle race consisted of 14 individual stages and led over a total length of 1887 km from East Berlin via Prague to Warsaw . The team winner was the USSR . The best climber was Sergei Sukhoruchenkow from the USSR.

The most active, best in points and most versatile driver was Olaf Ludwig from the GDR .
