The 33rd International Peace Tour (Course de la paix) was a cycling race that was held from May 9th to 24th, 1980.

The 33rd edition of this bike race consisted of 14 individual stages and led over a total length of 2095 km from Warsaw via East Berlin to Prague . The team winner was the Soviet Union . The best climber was Tadeusz Wojtas from Poland.

The most active, best in points and most versatile driver was Olaf Ludwig from the GDR . It was his first peace ride, during which he won four stages.
