The 46th edition of the International Peace Tour consisted of 9 individual stages and led over a total length of 1342 km from Tábor to Nový Bor . The team winner was the Czech Republic A. The best climber was Jaroslav Bílek from the Czech Republic A.
The Czech Pavel Doležel bought the rights to the Peace Tour and financed its continued existence.
A total of 95 drivers from 16 nations took part.
The German national team started with Steffen Rein , Frank Augustin , Jochen Tiffe, Heiko Latocha , Alexander Kastenhuber and Steffen Uslar .
Russia only provided five drivers.
