The 44th International Peace Cycle (Course de la paix) was a cycling race that was held from May 6th to 14th, 1991.

The 44th edition of the International Peace Tour consisted of 9 individual stages and led over a total length of 1261 km from Prague to Warsaw . In contrast to previous years, the sole organizer was the Czech Cycling Federation. The team winner was Poland . The best climber and the most versatile driver was Vasily Dawidenkow from the USSR .

A total of 93 drivers from 16 nations took part.

Finland provided four drivers, Yugoslavia five; the full crew were six drivers.
