Viktor Rshaksinsky
Viktor Rschaksinski ( Russian Виктор Ржаксинский , also written as Viktor Rjaksinski ; born October 28, 1967 in Kremenchuk ) is a former Soviet and Ukrainian cyclist .
In 1990 Wiktor Rschaksinski had his first international successes when he was third in the overall ranking of the Tour de Hainaut and second in the Cinturón Ciclista Internacional a Mallorca .
The following year, Rschaksinski became world champion in the amateurs road race at the UCI road world championships in 1991 in Stuttgart and won the international peace drive . In the same year he became a professional, but could not establish himself as such. In 1993 he ended his cycling career.
