Octave Dayen (born June 6, 1906 in Parsac , † September 14, 1987 ibid) was a French cyclist and world champion.

In 1926 Octave Dayen was world champion in the street race of amateurs in Turin . In 1928 he started at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in three disciplines: In the individual road race, he was 23rd, in the team classification seventh. In the single pursuit on the track , he was fourth, as well as in the team pursuit .

In 1929 Dayen became a professional and mainly competed in six-day races and other competitions in two-man team driving . He started in 20 six-day races, two of which he won, in Paris in 1929 and in Marseille in 1930 , both with André Raynaud .
