Frans Mahn (born June 24, 1933 in Amsterdam , † March 26, 1995 in Hoofddorp ) was a Dutch cyclist .

In 1953 Frans Mahn won the Ronde van Limburg . In 1956 he won the title of World Road Champion for amateurs in Ballerup near Copenhagen . In 1957 he won the eight van Chaam . After a serious fall at a "fair race", he concentrated on track cycling ; In 1966 and 1967 he was the Dutch sprint champion after finishing third three times in the previous years.

From 1969 onwards, Mahn was the Dutch national rail coach for twelve years. In 1988 he got cancer and spent the last years of his life in a wheelchair.
