Johannes Petrus Wilhelmus "Jan" Tulleken (born November 30, 1883 in Haarlem ; † November 3, 1962 there ) was a Dutch cyclist and national cycling champion .

Jan Tulleken was one of the strongest racing cyclists in the Netherlands in the years before the First World War , on the road and on the track . In 1907 he became the Dutch road racing champion . In 1909, 1912 and 1915 he won the national sprint title . He won a total of seven Dutch championship titles. After the end of his active cycling career, he acted as a competition judge for many years .
