Gustav "Guus" Schilling (born February 8, 1876 in Amsterdam , † January 16, 1951 there ) was a Dutch track cyclist and cycling trainer.

Guus Schilling won his first race as a junior in 1895 on a cycle track behind the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam ; the prize was a gold watch. He became one of the most successful track cyclists in the Netherlands at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Schilling was a professional from 1898 to 1916, during which time he became the Dutch sprint champion three times and took several podium places. At the UCI track world championships in 1901 he was third in the sprint.

Schilling also started twice in six-day races , and in 1911 he finished third in Berlin together with Maurice Brocco .

After finishing his active cycling career, Guus Schilling became a successful trainer; Sprint world champions Jan Derksen and Arie van Vliet were among his protégés . He received the Olympic Coach Award from the Nederlands Olympisch Comité .
