Frits Wiersma (born August 27, 1894 in Nieuwer-Amstel | † January 13, 1984 in Purmerend ) was a Dutch cyclist and pacemaker .

Frits Wiersma was five times between 1913 and 1920 Dutch champion in road racing, twice in the amateurs, three times in the professionals; he also took second place twice. In 1912 he was disqualified. In 1919 he finished fourth in the Tour of Flanders ; In 1925 he started at Paris-Roubaix , but crashed and finished 84th and last.

"Ome Frits" Wiersma was active as a racing driver until 1927, in 1936 he set the pace and was active as such until 1968. In 1951 he led his compatriot Jan Pronk in Milan to the professional world championship title , and in 1959 Arie van Houwelingen to the amateurs world championship title . The Pronk / Wiersma team took second place at the 1954 World Cup in Wuppertal.
