Elia Frosio (born January 22, 1913 in Sant'Omobono Terme , † February 4, 2005 in Paris ) was an Italian track cyclist and two-time world champion.

Born in Italy, Elia Frosio was already living in Paris when he discovered his heart for cycling and later for standing sport . As an amateur, he also took part in street races before World War II . After the war he was twice world champion of the professional standing, 1946 in Zurich and 1949 in Ordrup , in 1948 in Amsterdam he finished second. In addition, from 1946 to 1950 he was consecutive Italian masters.

His hometown Sant'Omobono Terme has named the local sports center after Frosio.
