Jacob "Jaap" Oudkerk (born August 2, 1937 in Landsmeer ) is a former Dutch cyclist and two-time world champion.

Jaap Oudkerk was one of the most successful train drivers in the Netherlands from the 1960s to the 1970s. His favorite disciplines were standing races and the single pursuit . In 1961, Oudkerk first attracted international attention when he took third place in the amateurs single pursuit at the World Track Championships in Zurich . In 1963 (as an amateur) and 1972 (as a professional) he became Dutch master in this discipline.

In 1964 Oudkerk became world champion of amateur stayers in Paris; In 1969 he was able to repeat this success as a professional. Five times he has been the Dutch stay-up champion. In addition, he took podium places many times in world and national championships.

In 1960 and 1964 Jaap Oudkerk took part in the Olympic Games; in Tokyo in 1964 he won the bronze medal in the team pursuit (with Gerard Koel , Henk Cornelisse and Cor Schuuring ). In 1972 he ended his cycling career.

Jaap Oudkerk was married to the Dutch swimmer Marianne Heemskerk , who won a silver medal at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome .
