Alfred Görnemann (born September 1, 1877 in Berlin , † October 11, 1903 in Dresden ) was a German racing cyclist .

Alfred Görnemann drove as an amateur track and road races for years until he turned professional in 1903 . In 1901 he won the long-distance journey from Hamburg to Berlin . In 1902 he became champion of the Amateur - stayer at the Track World Championships at the Velodrome Friedenau . In addition, he was still working as a businessman in his father's company.

As a professional, Görnemann was not very lucky; his bad luck was notorious. On October 11, 1903, he had a fatal accident while driving 100 km in Dresden when he tried to overtake his competitor Thaddäus Robl .
