Domenico De Lillo (born August 30, 1937 in Milan ) is a former Italian cyclist , pacemaker and today's sports official.

De Lillo became a professional driver in 1962 and remained active until 1973. Domenico De Lillo was Italian champion of stayers nine times between 1959 and 1971 . In 1967, 1969 and 1971 he took third place in this discipline at the UCI track world championships and in 1968 he was also European champion. De Lillo also drove road races , but remained without a win.

After retiring from active cycling, De Lillo set the pace himself and led the stalker Bruno Vicino to three world championship titles and several podium places among professionals. In 1985 Roberto Dotti became the amateur world champion of the stayers behind De Lillo.

From 1986 to 1989 Domenico De Lillo was the sporting director of the Gewiss-Bianchi cycling team . Since 1994 he has been a member of the Technical Commission of the Italian Cycling Federation. In addition, he has owned a tabacchi in Chiasso, Switzerland, since the 1970s .
