Gabriel "Gaby" Minneboo (born June 12, 1945 in Veere ) is a former Dutch cyclist .

Gaby Minneboo five times stayer world champion of amateurs ( 1975 , 1976 , 1977 , 1980 and 1982 ). He was active as a racing driver from 1964 to 1982. His standard partner was the pacemaker legend Bruno Walrave . He also continued to work as a postman, which is why he was called the "flying postman".

At the end of his career, Minneboo opened a shop for sports trophies and signs in Vlaardingen , from which he retired in 2004.
