Mattheus Pronk (* 27. March 1947 in 't Zand , † 25. March 2001 in Warmenhuizen ) was a Dutch track cyclist and two-time stayer world champion.

Mattheus Pronk always remained an amateur during his cycling career and worked as a carpenter. In 1976 he was the Dutch runner-up in the standers; the following year he won two championship titles, as a stayer and in the derny race. In 1979 he was able to repeat this double success.

In 1979 and 1981 Pronk was world champion of amateur stayers, 1980, 1982 and 1983 vice world champion. His pacemaker in these successes was Norbert Koch .

Mattheus Pronk was the father of the racing drivers Jos and Matthé Pronk .
