Jos Pronk (born January 13, 1983 in Warmenhuizen ) is a Dutch pacemaker and former cyclist .

Jos Pronk started his career in 2004 with the Dutch cycling team Van Hemert-Eurogifts . In his second year there, he won a stage on the Olympia's Tour and was fifth overall. In the 2006 season he won the French one-day race, the Prix ​​de la Ville de Nogent-sur-Oise, and was national champion in the Derny race. In 2007 he decided a stage of the Tour de Bretagne Cycliste for himself. In 2008 he won two more stages in races, 2011 was his last victory in the Omloop of the Kempen .

In 2012 Jos Pronk ended his active cycling career. In 2017, as a pacemaker, he and Reinier Honig won the silver medal in the standing race at the European Railway Championships in Berlin . In 2017, 2018 and 2019 the two drivers became Dutch champions together.

Jos Pronk comes from a cycling family. His father Mattheus Pronk and his brother Matthé Pronk were also cyclists. Former cyclist Bas Giling is his cousin.
