Karsten Podlesch
Karsten Podlesch (born February 11, 1955 in Neumünster ) is a German cyclist .
Karsten Podlesch was a successful cyclist on the road , on the track and in cyclocross until 1986 . He comes from a very successful cycling family. He is the brother of Rainer Podlesch and the uncle of Carsten Podlesch .
Karsten Podlesch has been active as a pacemaker in standing races and derny races since 1989 .

Overall, Podlesch took second place eight times in German championships in team pursuit on the track and in the 100 km team time trial on the road. From 1978 to 1984 he was a member of the BDR's national road team . He was unable to participate in the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow due to the boycott .
