The team was founded in 2002 under the name Van Hemert Groep . In 2004 the co-sponsor Eurogifts was added, under whose name the team ran alone in 2005. In 2006 they drove under the name ProComm-Van Hemert and since 2007 as Time-Van Hemert . The team had a UCI license as a Continental Team from 2005 to 2007 and mainly took part in races on the UCI Europe Tour . The sponsor Van Hemert is a Dutch construction company. The sporting directors were Arthur van Dongen, Wim Schüller, Jeroen Blijlevens and Martin Siemerink. The team was equipped with Van Tuyl bikes.
