Giuseppe Grassi (born October 5,  1942 in Seano di Carmignano ) is a former Italian  cyclist and world champion.
Giuseppe Grassi was a professional from 1965 to 1971. His greatest success was winning the UCI track world championships in Rome in 1968 in the amateurs ' standing race , behind pacemaker August Meuleman .
