Vincent Hughes (born August 10, 1981 ) is an Australian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League since 2005 .

Career

Vincent Hughes began his career as an ice hockey player in the German ice hockey regional league , in which he was active in the 2002/03 season for EV Dingolfing and ERC Lechbruck . He scored 15 points scorer in 24 games. Since 2005 the attacker has played irregularly for the Melbourne Ice in the Australian Ice Hockey League . His greatest success with the Ice was winning the Goodall Cup , the Australian championship title, in the 2010 and 2011 seasons. For the Melbourne Ice he scored six goals in 133 games up to and including the 2011 season and provided 38 assists.

International

For Australia , Hughes only took part in the U20 Junior D World Championship 2000 in the junior division. In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the C World Championships in 2002 and 2003 . He scored two goals in ten games and gave an assist.
