Rudie Kemna (born October 5, 1967 in Oldenzaal ) is a former Dutch cyclist and current sports director .

For years Rudie Kemna was one of the better amateur racing drivers, his breakthrough as a professional only came at the age of 31 with the Bankgiroloterij-Batavus team .

After finishing second in the Dutch road championships in 2001 and 2002, Kemna won the championship title in 2003. In 1996 he won the Ronde van Noord-Holland , in 1997 he won two stages of the Saxony Tour , in 1999 he came third in the Ronde van Drenthe and won the Ronde van Zuid-Friesland . In 2000 he was third in Rund um Köln . In 2002 and 2003 he won the Ronde van Drenthe and in 2002 he was third in the overall ranking of the Tour of Qatar . He won stages of the Olympia's Tour several times in different years .

In 2005 Kemna ended his active cycling career with the Shimano-Memory Corp team ; then he became sports director there.

Kemna had doped with Epo during his time as an active driver in 2003 , as he announced in 2013. As a result, he was suspended as a team leader for six months.
