Peter Kisner (born September 1, 1944 in Amersfoort ; † February 2020 in Sas van Gent ) was a Dutch cyclist .

Peter Kisner was a professional racing driver from 1969 to 1973. Even as an amateur, he had won several victories in the Netherlands. In 1970 he became Dutch road racing champion; In 1971 he was second in the Dutch track championships in the sprint behind Sprint World Champion Leijn Loevesijn .

In 1973, Kisner was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and had to stop cycling. For several years he worked as a warehouse worker in a chemical company until he had to stop this job for health reasons.
