Dariusz Baranowski (born June 22, 1972 in Wałbrzych ) is a former Polish cyclist .

After Baranowski had won the Tour of Poland three times as an amateur (1991 to 1993), he became a professional with the US Postal Service Pro Cycling Team in 1996 . Before that, he had finished second twice in the International Peace Tour ( 1991 and 1995 ).

By 2006 he had done twelve "Grand Tours" , of which he finished ten. After he was suspected of being involved in the Fuentes doping scandal , after the 2006 season he no longer received any contracts with larger cycling teams and worked for Polish Continental teams .
