Philipp Anton Eduard Strecker (born September 14, 1822 in Heiligenstadt ; † January 23, 1894 ) was a lawyer and member of the Reichstag .

Strecker attended the cathedral high school in Halberstadt and studied law at the universities of Bonn and Göttingen . Then he completed the preparatory service at courts in the appellate court district of Magdeburg . In 1853 he was a district judge in Wanzleben , in 1858 a single judge in Hötensleben . From 1868 was a member of the district court and land registry judge in Worbis . From 1870 to 1879 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency Erfurt 2 (Heiligenstadt - Worbis). From 1872 to 1884 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the center for the same constituency. He was elected for the first time in April 1872 in a by-election for the resigned MP Conrad Zehrt .
