Valery Nikolayevich Likhachev
Valery Nikolajewitsch Lichatschow ( Russian Валерий Николаевич Лихачёв ; born December 5, 1947 in Novoscheschminsk , Republic of Tatarstan , Soviet Union ) is a former Soviet cyclist .
He became world champion in 1970 and Olympic team time trial champion in 1972 . The team in 1970 included Valery Jardy , Boris Schuchow and Viktor Sokolow , two years later he won the gold medal with Gennady Komnatov , Valery Jardy and Boris Schuchow.
