Severino Andreoli

Severino Andreoli (born January 8, 1941 in Caprino Veronese ) is a former Italian cyclist who was active as a professional from 1965 to 1969 .

  • 1963: Friedensfahrt - winner of the 9th stage and third in the stage (49th overall ranking)
  • 1963: World Championship in 100 km team driving: 2nd place (silver medal)
  • 1964: World champion in 100 km team driving
  • 1964: Olympic Summer Games 1964 Tokyo - silver medal in 100 km team driving , 28th place in individual road race
  • 1965: Giro d'Italia - 53rd overall ranking and two thirds in the stage
  • 1966: Giro d'Italia - winner of the 3rd stage and 71st overall ranking
  • 1967: Giro d'Italia - 54th overall ranking
  • 1968: Second victory as a professional driver in Col San Martino and participant in the Tour de France in the Italian national team

Andreoli was a professional helper and a professional driver until 1969 , most recently in the FILOTEX racing team at the side of Franco Bitossi . During his career as a professional driver, he won five races, with the Giro stage win being the most important.
